Kazakhstanis, on the contrary, consume tomatoes in fresh form by 40% more than cucumbers. Moreover, this ratio remains in the majority of subjects that are part of the Urals Federal District and the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is not specific to this or that region.
Thus, food preferences of the population of the two countries differ significantly. Physical and price availability of the product plays an important role in forming standards of consumption. According to the expert assessment of "Growth Technology" analysts, now there are no good reasons for a fundamental change of the typical national menu in the eastern part of Russia and in Kazakhstan.
